Q: Where are you based?
A: I don’t operate from a premises or base, all my work is done onsite in the London area out as far as the M25.

Q: Can you come tomorrow and fix my deck?
A: Unfortunately not. I’m generally booked about 10 weeks in advance.

Q: How long does a service take?
A: Work generally takes about an hour per deck.

Q: Do you re-spray decks?
A: No, I work on the electronics and mechanisms of the turntable.

Q: How can I clean my decks?
A: Use glass cleaner & kitchen roll. Spray onto the kitchen roll never directly onto the deck. The fiddly bits can be done using a cotton earbud.

Q: How much does it cost?
A: Please email deckdoctor@gmail.com for all quotes and bookings.

Q: What payment do you take?
A: Unless it’s a venue or client I have previously worked for, cash is the only accepted payment.
